Apparently, someone at Microchip watches the forums. I was the culprit who posted Steve Sanghi's email address. Did you know that it is not permitted to post the CEO's email address?

Here's an email I received today from Microchip:

stumichaels,

Your account was banned Friday, June 13, 2014 12:38 PM by CindyNY for the following reason:

Inappropriate behavior - posting CEO's email publicly

Associated message: n/a

Note: "n/a" indicates not associated with any message.

Account reactivation: Friday, June 20, 2014 1:35 PM

Note: "n/a" indicates indefinite ban.

While your account is deactivated, you will not be able to log on to the forum.

Since I was already logged in when they banned me, I still have complete access to the Microchip forum. I suppose if I log out, I won't be able to log back in, at least for a week. Not much of a loss.

Ric,
Hello,
I have just registered with your forum.
I just thought I would drop you a line to say how impressed I am with your forum.
And also thank you for the work you have put into providing facilities for others to use and cooperate.
Best regards.
T Yorky.

Did not see that, but I have not been that busy the last days.
What is the magic number? 1 or 2?
