Hello
I have Mplab and microchip programmer how to build Video dispaly and watch video on it how to satrt building it i am not getting how to start

This is obviously way beyond your technical capability.
Have you tried just flashing one LED with a PIC yet?

Yes i have done flashing of led light and scrolling of message in it
now i want to try for video display

If you already have one line of text moving, than its just a question of adding more lines.
Another option would be treat the whole panel as a single line wrapped around.
