How to start building these led display which are in Hindi,English,Marathi,Bengali,Gujrati,etc
I have seen in station how it work with computers
With color full Light emitting diodes(LEDS) and watching it from far distance viewing angle high refreshing rate low power consumption
humidity display temperature display how to design it layout in printed circuit board long wire connected to computer operator how will update/change metro station name time and this information will be show to passengers who will follow the instruction according to it
and there not must be shaking/vibration of display while metro is running at high speed and brakes applying on train not damage the display
what will be suitable voltage current controller and which cable cabinet of display will be good to make it strong body and no water damage on it. which Chip will be best and oscillator for it to run the led fast.
how it will update the led message with keyboard, internet wireless the metro will run on bridges underground
There will be lift in station which will indicate the floor number on it and pass this information sensors

The life is very good it has lot of things like house that can't be broken room,dinning hall,kitchen,roof with green plant, concrete ladder, furniture of wood, computer,internet,mobile,engineer and scientist technology which are for building more easy life, water tank on roof for kitchen,washroom taking bath, and washing cloth, shoes,cloth of good plant shirt,pant,coat,tie,shoes shocks,hand soap,bathing shampoo, air plane to fly from one point with help of propeller and pilot seats from state to state and country to country for learning and business,car, bike, and medicines for good health flower of plant like rose,sunflower,good big school, TV, set of boxes,electricity, b tech degree engineering job,business in earth of money good things free food to help people,making house for poor people that can't earn money helping with money,all shop good things, no fight with people like many of people do, doing exercise for fitting body for good health,eating food growing on plant that is good for me and human,watching star,sun,water,wind, generating power from natural things, use good minerals that can be find on earth, sky should be clean no pollution that can't kill or can't do wrong things above ground, using LED for life earning, talking with good people with good behaviors, no free food eating, not talking to big people who fight with everyone, learning from book that are sold in earth, and using internet,using calendar and watch, kitchen with healthy food like pulses,clean and fresh water from filter and safe life from bad people who does not know what they are, watching cartoon that good movies, using forum to get answer from nice people, and good police for safety that laugh and no army in house, good money to live life, talking with engineers, scientist
I like country like India,UK, USA,all in universe not Pakistan or Muslim country,sri lanka .
product from USA. watching good land with plants, cloth, going in factories of food,engineer product not local things that are seller on dirty hand criminals, using good metals,iron,gold,silver,tin.
and many more things not following bad people on internet Facebook , not learning from mind that read from mind

Have you thought to look onthe internet for one of the many 'hobby' projects that show how to use various devices (Rapsbeery Pis, Arduinos, PICs and many other microcontrollers) to display on these LED matrix displays.
Then think how to get the information into the device - if it is stationary then an Ethernet, serial or USB connection may work, if it is mobile the GSM may be the answer - and how you can add that in to the overall design.
Next think about the operating environment available voltages, wiring access, antennas - and the size of the displays required.
This will give you the basic architecture(s) that you will need.
Once you have the basic requirements, then you can start looking for parts that meet these requirements and do the design.
Then prototype.
Then test.
Then scale up into production.
Then realise that you are up against some very big suppliers of these things already so you have better have a very good marketing strategy established.
