I have tried to registered an account on Microchip forum with 3 different emails, but there are no activation email sent even if in the spam inbox. I really need an account to ask an important question on the forum. Is there any way to contact the admin/mod of the Microchip forum?

Why not ask here?
Also how long have you waited? That forum moderation can be very slow.
Finally don't post your email unless you want a whole truck load of spam (although gmail accounts tend to attract spam anyway)!
