The best way to learn is to try and ask specific questions when you run into a problem.
What environment are you working in? Student? Hobbyist? Do you have a board to try your code on?
Also when you say 'new beginner' - at what? Microcontrollers? Programming in general or embedded systems in particular? Microchip MCUs?
Finally there are lots of tutorials on the Internet that you can try.
