No. That is the whole point of code protection.
Why do you need to clone a protected chip?

Forget it. To the best of my knowledge, this is not possible.
Your only solution is to get a copy of the hex file from the original author.

It doesn't matter how you ask the question. You cannot extract the correct code from a protected chip.
The microchip programmers will read something from the chip, but it won't be useful code.
