This "Suggestions" area was created for people to give suggestions for the improvement of the web site.

This web site has so many subforums that people get lost in it and don't see most of the posts. There is an obscure little click at the top of the forum list that says "View Active Topics", but I think most people don't find that click, get lost in the dozens of forums, and then just move along to another site.
