Hello,
I 'm trying to comminicate with a 16F1459 and an Android smartphone via USB OTG.
Is exist an Android library for USB HID ?

Probably, but you would be better asking this in an Android forum.
We might be able to help on the PIC side of things.

There seems to be an android example in the MLA
...\v2015_08_10\apps\usb\device\hid_custom\utilities\basic_example\android

I never tried, but it is also included in the help ...\v2015_08_10\doc\help_mla_usb...
