hello every body,
Does anybody know that i can program 18f452 with pickit2 and vdd of 3.3 volt or not?

Latest test project, an LED matrix display made from one reel of addressable LEDs. here

after my last post in microchip forum,i couldn't send post anymore.so ...

ok but

with pickit2 program ,i tried to calibrate it ,but it said "could not fully calibrate the unit.the usb voltage maybe too low to completly calibrate"what should i do now?
