Finally I have sorted out the problem...
It was the CONFIG1L's bit 2.
INTOSCSEL = 0 ; for LF-INTOSC in Low Power Mode in Sleep Mode & = 1 for High Power mode in Sleep mode.
The silly thing is if i leave this bit in Low Power Mode in Sleep Mode, it drops its frequency.
So really it is useless thing to have.
