I turned on the LEDs one at a time slowly and read the battery voltage with a meter. The voltage went down to 2.0 when I turned on the sixth LED.
I think when I turn them all on suddenly, it trips the BOR.
I found one of my batteries was weak. I replaced it and now all 6 work.
