MPLabX IDE cannot detect Curiosity Development board serial
Posted: Fri Dec 30, 2022 4:03 amNew user. Just bought a Curiosity LPC development board. When I connect the board to laptop USB, the board will power up and the LED will blink as expected because of the pre-installed program on PIC16F18446. When I try to program that chip, I find a programming tool with my board serial#. I try connecting to MPLAB IPE to see if the application can autodetect my board, no luck. Does that mean my board is faulty? Would like to know if I miss anything before asking for a replacement.
